Chanil is an organization founded in 2026 by Radia OURO-GBELE. Driven by the belief that every young person deserves the tools to become an actor of their own digital destiny.
In France, Chanil focuses on digital sovereignty, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, with a pedagogical and civic approach. Our team of young leaders and activists works for an informed, skilled and responsible youth in the digital space.
As a French non-profit (loi 1901), Chanil in France is independent, non-political, non-partisan and non-religious. Our governance is built on ethics, transparency and collective commitment.

Radia OURO-GBELE is a Franco-Togolese entrepreneur and cybersecurity expert, committed to making digital transformation a driver of trust, growth and sovereignty across continents.
As President of OG IT Consulting, she founded a firm that supports leaders in the energy, aeronautics, banking and insurance sectors (Thalex/GRDF, Airbus, AXA, Accenture) by integrating cybersecurity at the heart of their transformation strategies.
But for Radia, secure technology alone is not enough. She believes that true transformation starts with people. Through the Chanil organization, she raises awareness, trains and supports younger generations, particularly young people, to make technological mastery a lever for empowerment and social impact.
Radia embodies a vision of an inclusive, secure and co-built digital future. She aspires to connect change-makers, build common strategies and make local expertise the engine of a sovereign digital economy.
