Chanil organizes awareness sessions (conferences, roundtables, debates) to introduce young people to the jobs of the future: cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data, responsible digital, etc.

These actions help better understand possible career paths, deconstruct preconceptions about technology jobs and help young people envision professional trajectories full of meaning and opportunities.

Chanil offers immersive workshops where young people step into different roles: cybersecurity expert, GRC consultant (governance, risk, compliance), security auditor, AI analyst, etc.

Through educational simulations and hands-on tool introduction, participants concretely discover the jobs, develop digital security reflexes (securing a smartphone, understanding an attack, analyzing a risk) and get introduced to AI logic (mini-algorithms, biases, ethics).

These workshops aim to provide a concrete understanding of the cyber & AI world, without targeting immediate professional qualification.

Chanil supports young people in building their personal and professional trajectory: knowing themselves better, identifying their skills, connecting their aspirations to future careers and developing critical thinking towards information and technologies.
